What is the limit on the number of binder instances from the same repository

Hi everyone,

I want to run a workshop where every participant will launch their own binder from the same repository.

The documentation says that “there is a limit to the number of instances of a repository that can be active at any moment in time”.

Does someone know what number this limit is?

It’s 100 instances. However if you expect your workshop to have more attendees, you can request this limit to be increased by filing an issue here: https://github.com/jupyterhub/mybinder.org-deploy/issues/new/choose
