Suggestion: Remove the user limit from the "Try Jupyter" repositories

When people ask me how to try out the Jupyter Notebook, I usually send them here: https://jupyter.org/try

My only hesitation in making this recommendation is that they might receive the “too many users, come back later” message.

Has the Binder team ever considered removing the user limit from the repos linked from that page, so that someone who wants to try out Jupyter will never be prevented from doing so?

It requires a bit of effort to implement the functionality of being able to set per repo limits so we can keep a global default and set specific limits for some special repositories.

It hasn’t been high on the list as no one has actively asked for it (till now) and because no one wanted to work on it. A contribution would be very welcome.
