Tour for JupyterLab

Hey all,

I released a first version of tours to help newbies around the JupyterLab UI: https://github.com/fcollonval/jupyterlab-tour.

To install (only on v2):

jupyter labextension install jupyterlab-tour

Feel free to test, comment or propose new tours - contribution are welcomed.

I like that you made it available in the help ui. You could mention or even highlight the help menu if they click skip.
