IPykernel Logo Trademark and Use

Hey, this is a slightly weird question, I created a pretty simple ipykernel replacement which automatically activates a virtual environment in the current directory or in a parent directory of a notebook and called it ViP-IPykernel, the repository is here: https://github.com/robertrosca/vip-ipykernel

Took the IPykernel logo and modified it slightly to fit the project name and jazz it up a bit, but I’m not really sure if this is allowed or not. I sent an email to jupyter-trademarks@googlegroups.com explaining this and asking for clarification but haven’t heard anything back yet, then again it hasn’t even been a week so I’m probably being impatient :stuck_out_tongue: anyway I thought I’d give posting on here a go as well :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

The logo looks like this:

If anybody’s had experience with requests like this before any advice would be welcome!
