Please join team KONQUER’s (UC San Diego, UTHealth Houston) virtual booth on July 1 or 2 at the NSF Convergence Accelerator Expo for demos and discussions about the NSF Open Knowledge Network program (https://nsf.streamoligy.com/).
Project KONQUER aims to build a knowledge graph that links biomedical, environmental, and socio-demographic datasets to remove barriers to conducting more informed research by helping researchers find, integrate and analyze cross-disciplinary data in a seamless and intuitive way.
The team will give an overview of their plans for KONQUER and demo their COVID-19-Net Knowledge Graph (a Neo4j property graph, https://github.com/covid-19-net/covid-19-community) and Dashboards that link key public data streams about different dimensions of the pandemic.
The COVID-19 Net Knowledge Graph can be queried in Jupyter Notebooks and run on Binder (https://github.com/covid-19-net/covid-19-community).
Please sign up for the Convergence Accelerator Expo before July 1 (Team A-7136 KONQUER):
Join team A-7136 at the virtual booth anytime on July 1, 10 am – 2:30 pm EDT or July 2, 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm EDT for a demo and discussion.
