We are unable to save, upload or delete files on JupyterHub. We have performed all the troubleshooting i.e. verifying config files and we have even tried to reinstall nginx server. However the issue is not resolved and no solution can be found.

For a problem like this we ideally need to know enough to reproduce your problem, such as how you setup JupyterHub, how it’s configured, versions of components, what you’ve tried, your underlying system setup, and your debug logs.
