Scrolling Bug makes my Screen Shake Erratically

Hi, Every time I scroll down and up on my Jupyter Notebook, my screen seems to shake erratically. This seems to only happen in the middle my notebook as when I reach the bottom or top the shaking stops. It’s quite frustrating because I’m trying to work on a part there.

Is anyone else having the same issue? My Jupyter Notebook version is 7.2.2

I think this post and the one right below it were saying they were seeing a similar thing in Jupyter Notebook 7.
If it is, you might want to scroll up and see what was suggested and then see here about getting to the ‘Settings Editor’ in Jupyter Notebook 7+.
