Mybinder.org powers eLife's first reproducible article demo

Exciting news from eLife: they just published a new blog post highlighting their demo of a reproducible journal article:

This builds on the Binder+Stencila integration built at a hackathon last year and is powered by https://mybinder.org! We didn’t get any pre-warning that they’d publish the blog today and it is great to see that so far mybinder.org is taking the traffic in its stride (stencila traffic is a bit behind the traffic generated by readers of https://www.textbook.ds100.org/)

When you visit the example article you see figures and can turn them into code cells that you can then rerun on mybinder.org. A nice demo of how to use tools like thebelab, juniper or Jupyter-book to make websites that have computational elements.

An earlier article with ideas on using Binder for reproducible articles.
