JupyterLite: Jupyter ❤️ WebAssembly & Python

Skipped a month of updates, but things have been busy!

• jupyterlite (the package) is now on its second beta
  • integrates JupyterLab 3.3.0 and RetroLab 0.3.20
  • many bug fixes and improvements have landed
  • more to come as we close in on a “for real” 0.1.0
• JupyterLite apps are now deployed on some fairly widely visited sites:
  • numpy.org uses the new repl app to showcase numpy
  • jupyter.org/try lab and retro for some of the examples
