Hi everyone,
Today I openned my jupyter, but it shows nothing like in the picture.
I tried launching from conda shell prompt, conda navigator. No erros. I tried to create a new conda environment a install a new jupyter, but it shows the same page.
I also tried to launch jupyter where there is a .ipynb_checkpoint file, did not change anything.

Okey, the problem is something wrong with my chrome extensions.
I disabled all my chrome extensions, the jupyter can work.
Then I enable them one by one, but I did not find the specific one that affects the jupyter notebook.
Hope that will help someone else.
