Hi there, I needed help into automating the process of outputting the Jupyter Notebooks in a presentation mode or PPT, has anyone done that before or are there any available packages?

Have you already considered RISE? The GitHub repo for RISE offers a nice launch binder badge where you can test it out. In fact that is nice because you can launch a session where RISE works and then upload your notebook fairly quickly and then present it without needing the presentation notebook to be public. For some more guideance, see here and links therein.
NBJoint - Jupyter Notebook Joint Module also makes reveal.js slides; however, I have no experience with it yet.
