Collaborative editing across Docker spawned users in multiple containers

Hi,

I am using Jupyterhub with DockerSpawner to spawn indivisual docker containers for each user, I wanted to enable collaborative editing for these users where one can share a file with the others and multiple people can edit the file simultaneously in real-time without impersonation.

I was following multiple guides like Real-time collaboration without impersonation — JupyterHub documentation and also Real Time Collaboration — JupyterLab 4.4.7 documentation

Also I was going through the github repo of jupyter-collaboration but did not find anything there as well.

But could not implement it properly. Any ideas as to how this can be done would be helpful!!

It shouldn’t matter which spawner you’re using. Are you using the latest versions of all packages? Can you share your full JupyterHub configuration, your package versions, and tell us exactly what isn’t working? Ideally enough information for someone to reproduce the problems you’re seeing.
