I’m participating in a data workshop that might be of interest: using GitHub and notebooks to publish datasets in an easy-to-browse way. Cyril Verluise from PatCit will be talking about how they manage this with their large citation-network datasets.
The example used for the workshop currently uses colab, but we are all interesting in knowing how to do this via myBinder or JupyterHub instead – it would be great to have someone who has published data in a similar way via a JupyterHub project . The session is open to the public; all are welcome (link below).
