Widget failing in Shiny app

One thing to try to exclude the “old RStudio version” hypothesis is to update the version used here:

jupyter/repo2docker/blob/11fc69f8d62a39f494109d2926cb763c022821c6/repo2docker/buildpacks/r.py#L204-L210
