Where to approve User creation requests as an admin?

I’ve just enabled the native authenticator via:

sudo tljh-config set auth.type nativeauthenticator.NativeAuthenticator
sudo tljh-config reload

My buddy is trying to sign up with a new username and password credentials but I don’t see where I authorize his request for a new account as an admin. Could anyone direct me to know I manage these requests as an admin.
