Voila rendering plots but not ipywidgets

I have created a dashboard using ipywidgets and trying to render it on voila. It runs perfectly on one system but not on other. On the other system plots are rendered but not widgets. I have updated all the packages on both systems. The only difference is port. 8888 is working fine 8890 on other system is not working
