TKGI JupyterLab Pod Creation Error (Pod Already Exists)

JupyterHub Zero to JupyterHub on Kubernetes

When user tries to log in, some are getting errors with logs showing that the “Pos Already Exists” however this is not the case. Anyone know what could be causing this?
