FYI, GitHub is offering a “soft skills” workshop for open-source contributors Monday, Dec 16. Here is the information from them:

There will be 2 sessions. 9am PST - online only, and 5pm PST - both online and at the GitHub Office.

Unfortunately, I just received word they are going to have to cancel the event, and will pick it back up after the new year.
