I’m struggling to share Voila notebook in Jupyterlab Launcher that all users can access when logged in using jupyter_app_launcher in TLJH.
Created a custom entry that opens notebook in voila in jupyterlab launcher and now would like to make that available to all users.

Place the yaml file in /opt/tljh/user/share/jupyter/jupyter_app_launcher and gave rwx permissions to group jupyterhub-users
