I upgraded my Jupyter Notebook to version 6.5.4 and I could not get a new file up and running. I was getting a Creating a New Notebook failed error and the word ‘Forbidden’. Is there a standard template posted somewhere on how I can modify the two files:
jupyter_notebook_config.py
jupyter_notebook_config.json
Any help or pointers to a previous posting would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
