Same URL with dot com is a phishing site

I accidentally entered the wrong URL for this site, while attempting to login from a different device, and well I guess I wasn’t paying very close attention, but the site that came up is a phishing site. The only difference in URL, was .com instead of .org.

I wonder if it would be possible to acquire the sites with different endings like .com, .net, etc. to avoid folks like myself from making mistakes like this.

BTW: I also accidentally substituted baking soda for baking powder in a waffle recipe this morning, and my kids said they were gross. So it might just be me. But hopefully no one else will make this mistake

arggg that sucks :-/ thanks for letting the community know! I agree it’d be great if the jupyter community could control those domains to avoid this, though not sure how easy it is to acquire
