Hi,
I’ve upgraded a number of conda packages recently and I think ipykernel as well. After the update, the Notebook is in a weird state where after an error of any kind I can’t run any cell - just does nothing.
Please help, I’ve been working with notebook for the last 3 years but never experienced such weird behavior. It happened to me on at least two different machines.
