Could you be more specific about how do you install the notebook in the first place?
I had before and notebook worked good. First time installed from cmd and later anaconda but notebook didn’t run and I reinstall anaconda and tried to start but without success. I can’t creat new notebook/file there
@Ihor_Khvalibota it might be a conflict between the first installation and the anaconda installation. Try to uninstall the first installation. If you are using pip then you can do pip uninstall ipython. You can refer to this post for more detail Uninstall Jupyter completely using conda
