Hi
It is a while that I cannot write a file in pdf or docx format or install some modules. Before I could write files in pdf format and install any modules but recently the error of "permission denied [error 13] " is given. I am using jupyter as admin and OS is Windows 10. I have checked many solutions on the web but they did not work.
