Notebook cannot connect to the kernel in Windows 10

Hi I am trying to use jupyter notebook in my Windows computer. It was working ok, but all of a sudden cannot connect to the kernel. I open anaconda navigator fine, and I click on launch jupyter lab. Then, I wait and it never connects.

I made sure I created a new enviroment , with notebook, packages and kernel and then run it by jupyter notebook ,and again I cannot connect.

Would appreciate your help!

Hi Any suggestions? I have been unable to use Anaconda Jupyter Notebook in over a week in my Windows computer because the kernel does not connect. Is there anything you may recommend? Nothing of what I tried worked.
