N00b alert - Jupyter can't file file

Hi all,

I am figuring this out and was trying to download a kaggle dataset into jupyter notebooks. I downloaded it as a csv file and have attempted to access it as a xls, xls and csv file, for funsies.
It says File Not Found, but I am able to access it directly into jupyter, so a little confused about that.
I am on a Mac Air, macOS Sierra 10.12.6

Here is what I have, I have tried replacing backslashes, " vs ', not using r path, moving the file around to different places…

Sorted! Had to move the file to where the notebook was being stored and change the path name.
