Local host refused to connect while trying to open Jupyter notebook

Steps done so far

  • Tried different ports
  • DNS flush
  • Cleared browsing history and cache memory
  • checked Jupyter config file
  • checked if port is being used by Different process and killed the process

Nothing worked out after trying the above steps…kindly help me in resolving this asap
