JupyterLab-based GenePattern Notebook (Looking for Feedback)

The GenePattern team invites you to try out a preview version of our JupyterLab-based notebook environment, GenePattern Notebook (https://lab.genepattern.org). Users who are familiar with Jupyter will find a number of additional features, including access to hundreds of genomic analyses without the need to write code, the built-in ability to run compute-intensive analyses on dedicated high-performance resources, and features to encapsulate code in user-friendly formats. These features complement JupyterLab, bringing easier file management, synchronized interactive visualization, integrated viewing of multiple open notebooks, and other improvements.

We have created several notebooks that introduce the features of the environment and allow users to provide feedback as to their usability. We invite you to view them at https://lab.genepattern.org. We are interested in learning how this works for you and what features we can add to support your scientific objectives.

Your feedback by Friday, January 29 would be greatly appreciated!
The GenePattern Team
