JupyterHub 3.1.0, 1.5.1

We’ve released JupyterHub 3.1.0.

This is a small release on top of 3.0, with a few new prometheus metrics and configuration options, and some bugs fixed.

It should be available shortly, however you install jupyterhub (pip/conda/helm/etc.).

This release contains lots of documentation improvements from contributors via the Outreachy internship program. Welcome and thank you to all these new contributors! There will be an announcement shortly about our Outreachy interns starting this week on the Jupyter blog.

At the same time, we have also published JupyterHub 1.5.1 for folks still on 1.x. This has only one backported change: improved recovery from database errors without needing to manually restart JupyterHub.

As always, let us know about your experiences!
