Hi,
I have this issue running Jupyter Lab. after I type “jupyter lab”, the webpage is not available. If I now try to exit the application with a Control-C, it asks “Shutdown this server”?
At this point, the webpage is now working.
On the other hand, running the class Jupyter works immediately.
What can be causing this issue?
