Jupyter deleted all my .ipynb files

I launch Jupyter using Anaconda. while i was working on a notebook, i got a message, don’t remember which, then I noticed that all my notebooks where deleted, expect the open notebook. i looked at my recycle Bin, but none was there. I looked at the “.ipynb_checkpoints“ folder but there also was only my open notebook. Is there a way to recover the notebooks?
