Generate user activity for the Z2jh deployment cost simulator

I am working on a cost simulator of an autoscaling z2jh (zero-to-jupyterhub-k8s) deployment within the zero-to-jupyterhub-k8s category.

I want to get some ideas on how to generate the user activity which can be used as the input for my simulator.
