Yeah, I’ve found this setting too. Also I’ve found that the menu item Settings → Theme → Increase Code Font Size truly does the job. Perhaps, “Increase/Decrease Text Editor Font Size” change font size somewhere else 
or is obsolete and soon will be removed.
