I am trying to disable the extension manager for all users. I have followed the following discussion to disable the same, How we can permanently remove extension Manager (ICON) from jupyter Lab UI
But the user can still activate the manager through the terminal right? Can we disable the extension manager as an admin and not let users activate it via CLI. Or if that’s not possible is there a way to show the below image, when the user tries to activate the extension manager?
