Cloud credits offered for Project Jupyter via microsoft

As part of participating in security training together with @rrosio and @dlqqq under Project Jupyter, i understand it as microsoft extends an offer to Project Jupyter for 100k USD in cloud credits.
Without definitive details, it seems like the credits are supposed to be usable over a duration of “up to two years” time.

I am very low on time to commit and want to avoid becoming a contact person between microsoft and jupyter about this, but I wanted to spread knowledge about this opportunity and wasn’t sure where to communicate or to whom

Is having some self managed mybinder.org nodes on Azure a good use for some of these credits?

Could you share a link with information that would help somebody action this? It sounds interesting - thanks for keeping an eye open for the opportunity! Perhaps we could run a single-VM kubernetes cluster for a binder node to keep maintenance complexity down?
