My reply here to a similar post a few days ago applies to yours. Especially, the third bullet point about when deciding where to seek help consider if this is a Jupyter issue by attempting to run the code directly in Python. (Or at least doing the thought exercise concerning that.)
Since this is an assignment, I should add that the first place to seek assistance is the instructor or associated resources meant to help you in this endeavor.
