Access denied to https://hub.jupyter.org/ from our coprporate proxy

Hello,

I’m facing an issue, when trying to automate download of helm chart and access jupyther resource it seems our on-premise proxy is denied to access the website (may be our Ip subnet is blocked ?).

When requesting the website we have 502.

The Z2JH helm chart is hosted on GitHub pages. Most other JupyterHub documentation is hosted on readthedocs.

We don’t have any control over temporary outages, or firewall blocks.
