+1, curious as well. JupyterCon 2023 was awesome!
What I heard from some organizers at JupyterCon 2023, they would love it to happen in September in Paris. I will be waiting for announcements

+1 from me as well, I was unfortunately unable to attend the 23 one due to a family illness but would love to get a chance to sit in the same room as everyone and hack a bit 
FWIW, I asked a numfocus member and I got the response “There are no discussions at this point around planning for a JupyterCon for 2024.”
Seems unlikely that we’ll have a JupyterCon this year.
