Before I run Jupyter Notebook from specific folder only I typed ‘jupyter notebook’ same this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JId0f7URtOQ and I entered to specific path but after new installation the setting change and It does not work how can I change setting that run it from specific folder.
For me it has always worked. Maybe you can explain us what happens instead when you enter the command in the respective folder?
When I run command I see below screen
but it closed automatically and the jupyetr NOT OPEN ( my chroum browser is open )
If you type jupyter notebook in the CMD or PowerShell, what does it say?
There is a solution on
stackoverflow
but I don’t use it , I find aother way 
1 - type jupyter notebook in the windows start menu
2 - make a shortcut of it on desktop
3 - drag and drop my favorite folder in it
