I installed google colab on my Ubuntu 18.04 laptop today.
Now when I try to run ipynb files on jupyter notebook nothing runs and the check boxes on all lines contain * symbol. Cannot restart kernal.
I am afraid to do anything because upgrading anaconda a couple of years ago wiped out my entire operating system including disabling my password . I finally had to completely wipe the drive and reinstall the os and every application program
