[Need help]: When I using jupyter notebook try to run a cell got an error

using vscode jupyter extension

 [error] Error in execution (get message for cell) Error: Failed to start the Kernel 'xxx (Python 3.8.19)'. 
View Jupyter [log](command:jupyter.viewOutput) for further details. WebSocket is not defined

I don’t know how to solve this, and i really need help!
