I noticed that the Kernel continues to run the user’s process; but when the user logs in again after few hours; the Kernel status in Unknown; is this normal? How to resolve it?
Your post is a bit vague, could you provide enough information for someone to reproduce your problem from scratch? Are you using the latest version of JupyterLab?
