Does someone know how to get the debuger running?
Mine is still greyed and does not work.
Debugger is a complex beast. Can you please open an issue on Issues · jupyterlab/jupyterlab · GitHub providinvg all the information the template asks for (browser console logs, terminal logs, versions, etc) and the contents of the kernel.json file that your kernel is using? You can find it’s location by running jupyter kernelspec list in the terminal.
