Jupyterhub spawn error

Recently, we had a training session on Jupyterhub for around 30 users.
Several users tried to login to JH and spin up new compute node (new server) but got unable to spawn the server error.
Maximum users were able to spin up new server but only few users experienced this spawn error and some users experienced 404 server not found error.

We have checked with the server logs and verified that there was no issue with infrastructure. We tried to remove user specifc JH cache (yarn) and it resolved issue for two users but not for all.
Please try to look into it and help us to understand why those issue occurred for new login users.

We’ll need more information before we can guess what the problem is. Can you share your configuration, tell us how you’ve installed JupyterHub, and share your logs with debug logging enabled?

It might also be worth trying a more recent version of JupyterHub, 3.5.1 is very old.
