Jupyterhub installation issue

Hi everyone,
I juste installed Jupyterhub using pip install jupyterhub but when i try to start it with jupyterhub in my prompt it get this error message:

Hi! Do you have a local configuration file, or any environment variables set?

If you have a Linux system, e.g. WSL2, you’re likely to have more success.

I don’t really understand what you mean by local configuration file or environment variables (i’m still new in this sorry :sweat_smile: ) what should i look for ?
As you figured, i’m using windows for this. I’ll try it on my VM, but if i can figure out how to make this work on windows it’ll be a great plus for me !
