Jupyter start, load notebooks and execute all cells at Windows 10 boot

I am using Jupyter notebooks with several real-time execution (periodic cells).
I am looking for a way to start Jupyter (server) and several notebook (in the browser) and, for each one, execute all cells. I just found partial solution in the web.
