Jupyter Lab won’t open from Desktop

Hi, jupyter lab won’t open from my desktop folder. I’m guessing it’s because when I first downloaded anaconda I double clicked on that folder in the jupyter environment and clicked on don’t allow access. I tried reinstalling anaconda. Any ideas? Thanks
