Hi all,
apologies if this is a dumb question but I am new to Jupyterlab.
I have noticed that whenever I start up Jupyterlab, when it opens up in my browser, it creates a new Code Console and always displays a ‘Select Kernel’ popup which asks me to ‘Select kernel for: “Console 1”’ with ‘Python 3’ selected as the default. I then have to click the Select button to proceed.
This is quite annoying and I was wondering if I can either disable this new Code Console from being created each time or just get it to default to Python 3 without asking me.
