I am able to open .jpg,.gif,.html files after uploading in jupyter environment but when I open uploaded .mp4 file it throws an error.
File Load Error for filename.mp4
C:\Users\91949\jupyter.mp4 is not UTF-8 encoded
You may wish to try the latest JupyterLab 4.5/Notebook 7.5 pre-release as support for opening audio/video files was added recently.
