Is there a possibility to export the code to PDF via Latex without day and year appearing under the title in every document?
How can i do that?

It’s terrible, it doesn’t work, there is no documentation and no examples around on net, to do a thing apparently easy af.

@Pepe-87 if it did not work for you, I suspect that you may be using an old version of nbconvert, as this option was only added in 7.3.0 about one year ago (Make date configurable in latex/PDF by achimgaedke · Pull Request #1963 · jupyter/nbconvert · GitHub).
